Jen supports all of our contracts based on OEM authorization.

Jen holds certifications in HP, Microsoft, Microsoft Surface, VMWare, and Intel. She is an expert in OEM sustainability initiatives and the evolving technology market.

If there is shark tooth at the beach, Jen will find it. She calls it her “useless superpower.”

She has a Havanese – Sir Gadget the Inspector, or Gadget for short. He’s a very handsome boy.

Chris is the Apple guru at Westwind. He supports both our customers and our sales team as the subject matter expert for Apple products and related accessories. From cables and cases to high-end workstations for the most demanding tasks, Chris ensures our customers have complete solutions for all of their Apple needs.

Chris has over 30 years of experience as an Apple user, including 15 years in advertising as a professional audio engineer, video editor, and web designer. Chris has spent nearly a decade with Apple in various roles including a Creative/Trainer, where Chris focused on teaching individuals and business customers how to use their devices and maximize the return on their technology investments. 

Chris supports all of our contracts, focusing primarily on CIO-CS and SEWP.

Chris is a cat-dad to TomTom, his former neighbor’s store-brand cat. Chris enjoys dabbling in music, 3D printing, and laser-cutting projects. 

Chris is a huge space nerd (err, enthusiast!) and has had astronauts visit him on the job – twice! One of those astronauts, Charlie Duke, was walking on the moon on the day Chris was born. Chris helped him figure out how to use his iPad.

Sam serves Westwind as our Director of Sales. Since 2019, Sam has been committed to developing new ways of implementing proactive customer service by reviewing and improving sales processes for the sales teams.

Since starting with Westwind, Sam has become a hybrid Pack member who works across all contracts and departments. Currently, Sam is working closely with our outstanding DOE team.

Sam is a jack of all trades (and we think he’s the master of them, too!). Sam prides himself on operating by the platinum rule of customer service: We treat others as they would want to be treated!

While Sam is fairly new to the IT business, he comes from the worlds of manufacturing and the oil patch business all in the customer service and sales operations fields, bringing his wealth of knowledge with a fresh perspective.

In the words of the great singer-songwriter Paul Simon, “I got a Nikon camera, I love to take photographs.” Most of Sam’s spare time is spent taking pictures of his surroundings, whether by land, air, or water! Sam loves to travel and explore the USA and new countries.

Jennyfer started with Westwind in November 2019. She’s responsible for working with Westwind’s Leadership, Sales, and Business Development teams to promote Westwind’s range of capabilities to its existing and prospective customers.

Jennyfer and her team manage traditional marketing activities for all of Westwind’s business areas, including:

• collateral development
• website content
• social media
• campaigns
• ads

During the fall, Jennyfer likes taking her pointer, Hatfield, bird hunting.
