Sam serves Westwind as our Senior Operations Sales Manager. Since 2019, Sam has been committed to developing new ways of implementing proactive customer service by reviewing and improving sales processes for the sales teams.
Since starting with Westwind, Sam has become a hybrid Pack member who works across all contracts and departments. Currently, Sam is working closely with our outstanding DOE team.
Sam is a jack of all trades (and we think he’s the master of them, too!). Sam prides himself on operating by the platinum rule of customer service: We treat others as they would want to be treated!
While Sam is fairly new to the IT business, he comes from the worlds of manufacturing and the oil patch business all in the customer service and sales operations fields, bringing his wealth of knowledge with a fresh perspective.
In the words of the great singer-songwriter Paul Simon, “I got a Nikon camera, I love to take photographs.” Most of Sam’s spare time is spent taking pictures of his surroundings, whether by land, air, or water! Sam loves to travel and explore the USA and new countries.
