Inside Sales Representative

Join our dynamic team as an Inside Sales Representative and contribute to our business development efforts. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential customers, building relationships, and closing sales deals. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with a talented sales team, and contribute to the growth of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
  • Present product information and conduct product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions
  • Provide quotes to the customer, follow up on shipments

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inside sales, customer service or a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
  • Knowledge of the market and industry trends
  • HS Diploma minimum-AA or BA preferred but not required.

Marketing Assistant

Westwind is seeking a marketing assistant to support companywide projects and events.

This will be a full-time position that involves:

  • Event planning
  • Placing phone calls to vendors
  • Tracking trade show attendees
  • Data entry
  • Event set up and participation
  • Supporting the marketing manager with company projects
  • Assisting with packaging and shipping tradeshow materials
  • Other projects as assigned by the marketing department

Requirements:

  • 2 years previous experience with a similar position
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to read
  • Ability to write with minimal errors
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • HS Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 40lbs
