We’re seeking someone with IT industry and previous team supervisory experience to support and assist the AVP of Sales. Will be the right-hand person in leading a sales support team and salespeople.


  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales and program management team.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales plans; projecting expected sales volume and profit margin for existing and any new contracts, projects, and/or individual products.

We are seeking a Partner Coordinator who will be responsible for managing the Westwind Apple Program and supportive OEMs. 


  • Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude

  • Provide light support for Apple and related OEMs to resolve performance concerns
  • Support and track customer returns

  • Measure customer satisfaction with Apple (e.g., internal surveys), identify areas for improvement or where supportive vendors can provide value-add. Identify and resolve deficiencies / possible improvements and assist in working with vendors on corrective action programs or in implementing value-add items.
  • Conduct and / or participate in Apple and supporting OEM reviews to ensure business relationships are fostered and maintained. Formulate and implement strategies to improve customer / vendor relationships with strategic and other selected vendors. Determine opportunities where such vendors can improve performance and / or lower cost.
  • In consultation with senior management staff, develop annual objectives for selected vendors with the goals of reducing costs, improving performance, and driving efficiencies.


  • Have a minimum of 3 years of Apple Technology and Training Experience
  • One Year of Contracting or some level of customer service experience
  • BS/BA in Business Administration, Marketing or 3 years of related industry experience
  • Positive attitude, exemplary attendance, and reliable team member
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
  • Knowledge of business and technical vocabulary
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT industry

Westwind is seeking an Administrative Accounting Specialist with a minimum of 2-5 yrs related accounting clerk experience. This is an 8 am to 5 pm M-F position. Some overtime may be required at peak periods of the year. Prefer someone who can cross-train and learn the business from different angles as well as fulfilling the role of an Administrative Accounting Specialist. Growth potential is possible in this position so the right person will be one who can join the team, grow, and stay for many years.

Duties include:

  • Organize and maintain files and records.
  • Complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner.
  • Ability to support multiple office staff with projects and assignments.
  • Assist with data entry into various systems.
  • May participate in project work when needed.
  • Intermediate proficiency with QuickBooks, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to create spreadsheets using formulas.
  • Assist staff members with A/P A/R.
  • Invoicing.

Westwind is seeking a flexible person with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license to perform warehouse, general labor, yard work, and occasional building maintenance at various locations.

Duties could include but are not limited to:

  • Swamp cooler maintenance
  • Vacuuming of materials off manufacturing floor
  • Window cleaning
  • Grounds keeping, use of mowers, blowers, weed trimmers, painting, sweeping and use of various tools.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, bend, stoop and stand for long periods.
