Jaclyn Ochoa

Program Manager

Jaclyn is the Program Manager for the CIOCS contract. She oversees the handling of quote requests and fosters relationships with customers using this GWAC for their purchases. She is looking to expand the customer base of the CIOCS contract to include other federal entities besides NIH.

Jaclyn understands a wide range of different GWACs such as SEWP and GSA, and has worked with a number of federal customers.
